Cooking Steps
Cut the Mozzarella into 6 rectangles approximately 5 cm wide and 1.2 cm thick.
In a bowl, combine flour, salt, paprika, and cayenne.
In another bowl, whisk eggs and hot sauce until smooth.
Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
One at a time, dredge mozzarella in flour mixture, then dip in eggs and coat in breadcrumbs.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze until firm, at least 30 minutes and up to overnight.
Pour a 5 cm thick layer of oil into a large frying pan and heat to 175°C.
Gradually add frozen mozzarella and cook, turning halfway through, until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes per side.
Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel.
