Cooking Steps
Rinse the chickpeas and dry with a paper towel.
Preheat oven to 375°. Place the chickpeas on a baking sheet, add olive oil and salt.
Mix well and fry in a preheated oven for 12 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven and gently push the chickpeas together.
Sprinkle the chickpeas evenly with grated Parmesan cheese.
Continue baking in the oven for another 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and lightly browned and golden.
Transfer the finished chickpea chips with cheese to a wire rack and let cool slightly.
Break the chickpeas and cheese into chip-sized pieces and serve.
