Cooking Steps
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Cook and stir blanched and slivered almonds in butter until lightly toasted. Remove from heat and let cool.
Cook dressing. Whisk together vegetable oil, white sugar, cider vinegar, white wine vinegar, toasted sesame seeds, poppy seeds, minced onion, and paprika in a medium bowl.
Combine rinsed and torn into bite-size pieces spinach with toasted almonds and dried cranberries in a large serving bowl.
Pour dressing over spinach mixture and serve.
