Cooking Steps
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cayenne pepper, pimento pepper, garlic powder, salt, and 1 cup grated shredded Сheddar.
Cut mini bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
Place a small amount of pepper mixture into each half.
Place the sautéed peppers on a baking sheet and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese Сheddar.
Preheat it to 400°. Bake the stuffed peppers until the cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
Let the cooked peppers cool slightly.
Before serving, sprinkle the stuffed peppers with chopped onion.
