Cooking Steps
Place olive oil, fresh lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and ground cayenne pepper in a small jar. Close the lid tightly and shake the jar until the dressing is well combined.
Black beans rinsed and drained.
Peel the avocado, remove the pit and cut into cubes.
Combine in a salad bowl beans, frozen corn kernels, avocado, chopped bell pepper, chopped tomatoes, thinly sliced green onions, and chopped fresh cilantro cilantro.
Shake dressing again, pour over salad, and toss to coat.
