Cooking Steps
Combine egg yolks, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and sauce Tabasco in the container of a blender. Cover and blend for about 5 seconds.
Place butter in a glass measuring cup. Heat butter in the microwave until completely melted.
Slowly pour the melted butter into the blender.
Whisk the sauce until it is thick and smooth (about 15-30 seconds).
