Delicious tuna patties in under 25 minutes
Cooking Steps
Put eggs and lemon juice in one bowl. Stir in bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese to make a paste.
Put together tuna and onion until well combined. Add black pepper.
Use your hands to shape tuna mixture into 8 patties.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Fry patties in the hot oil about 5 minutes per side.
