Cooking Steps
In a large bowl combine iceberg lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces, salami strips, shredded mozzarella cheese, shredded Cheddar cheese, chopped tomato, pitted black olives, and chopped fresh chives.
For the dressing, whisk together the tomato sauce, vegetable oil, white wine vinegar, sugar, dried oregano, salt, garlic powder, and ground black pepper in a medium bowl.
Mix the salad mixture well and pour over the sauce. Stir and serve.
