Cooking Steps
Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cut each cinnamon roll into 1-inch pieces and add to the dish.
Divide the apple filling between the bun pieces and pour the heavy cream evenly over the casserole.
Cover and place in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F).
Mix butter, flour, brown sugar, rolled oats, and 1 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon in a bowl.
Stir until coarse crumbs form and the mixture is smooth.
Remove the casserole from the refrigerator and spread the prepared topping evenly over it.
Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown (about 45 minutes).
Whisk packaged frosting and remaining cinnamon in a small bowl.
Pour the prepared glaze over the warm casserole.
