Yogurt sauce with herbs and garlic

Cooking Steps

Step 1

Mince a few springs of dill and coriander, and mint leaves. You could add more herbs, like fresh basil and parsley, to taste.

Step 2

Mix the herbs with 400 ml of plain freek yogurt.

Step 3

Mince and add pinch of paprika or about ½ of a hot chili pepper.

Step 4

Add one crushed clove of garlic, one teaspoon of salt, a pinch of ground black pepper, the juice of half a lemon, and mix everything well.

Step 5

Serve yogurt sauce with eggplant patties, make a yogurt cucumber salad, or a yogurt eggplant salad.
