Cooking Steps
In slow cooker place meat, cut into 1-inch pieces.
Mix flour, salt, and ground black pepper together in a small bowl.
Sprinkle the flour mixture over the meat and mix well.
Add beef broth, sliced carrots, diced potatoes, chopped onion, chopped celery, Worcestershire sauce, ground paprika, minced garlic and bay leave. Stir to combine.
Cover, and cook until beef is tender enough to cut with a spoon, on Low for 8 to 12 hours.
Serve hot and enjoy!
