Cooking Steps
Place cut into 1-inch pieces beef in the slow cooker.
Combine the flour, salt, and ground black pepper in a small bowl, then sprinkle the mixture over the beef, tossing until evenly coated.
Pour in the beef broth, then add sliced carrots, diced potatoes, chopped onion, chopped celery, Worcestershire sauce, ground paprika, minced garlic, and a bay leaf.
Mix all the ingredients, cover and cook on high until the beef is tender enough (4-6 hours).
