Cooking Steps
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, freshly grated Parmesan, grated white cheddar, grated Gruyere cheese, sliced artichokes, chopped spinach, minced garlic, lemon zest, and red pepper flakes.
Add kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Transfer the sauce to a baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
Sprinkle more grated white cheddar on top.
Place the dish in a preheated oven at 350°. Place the pan in the oven and bake until bubbly and lightly golden, 30 minutes.
For a more golden crust, bake on high for 2 more minutes. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
