Hot sandwiches for breakfast

Cooking Steps

Step 1

Softened butter one side of sourdough bread slices and lay four of the slices butter-side down.

Step 2

Top each slice with a quarter each of the shredded mozzarella, crumbled feta cheese, roasted red peppers, drained and chopped, pitted kalamata olives, and freshly torn dill.

Step 3

Top each with a remaining bread slice, butter-side up.

Step 4

Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 5

Add one of the assembled sandwiches and cook until bread is golden and cheese is melty (about 2 to 3 minutes).

Step 6

Flip and cook until golden, 2 to 3 minutes more.

Step 7

Repeat with remaining sandwiches to make 4 sandwiches total.
