Cooking Steps
Line a large baking sheet with parchment or foil.
Lightly butter mini bagels and place them about 1” apart on the prepared baking sheet.
Preheat oven to 350°. Bake until lightly toasted, about 15 minutes.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and cream until light and frothy.
In a large nonstick pan over medium heat, melt butter.
Add the egg mixture and immediately turn down heat to medium-low. Stir occasionally with a spatula or wooden spoon.

Top each bagel half with scrambled eggs then sprinkle with cheese and top with crumbled bacon.
Bake until the cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
Garnish with more chives and serve warm.
